To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

聖誕前的自助晚餐~

本身一早預早約好晒同事們7/12去呢間大獲好評既自助晚餐食餐飽，點知忽然前二日就發燒胃腸炎，點知同事一句（我生日喎），咁就命都唔要lu~出發~一入酒店上條樓梯就到，方便非常。6點開始時都係水靜河飛，咁Q撞正樓下聖誕樹亮燈儀式，有表現唱歌跳舞但擋住睇唔見，雖然得聲但都幾有氣氛，不過應該唔係日日有。啊~回正題，食3粒藥後立即去狩獵美食。。。總括而言好壞參半，好吃賣座的就真的非常好吃，但非主角就非常一般了（但怎可能全程只吃龍蝦花膠丫。。），推薦給愛任吃高級食物又同時無視膽固醇的您~
