適逢母親節,決定帶媽咪去試下Omakase。揀左lunch去食,價錢比較相宜😆Lunch Omakase menu 已經好豐富,有前菜兩碟、湯一客、刺身五客、一客炸物、八貫壽司、麵豉湯/烏冬、同飲品。打頭陣係一客海藻茶碗蒸同一碗有油揚煮物同冬菇既前菜。茶碗蒸有驚喜,裏面有一隻好大隻既蜆;另外嘅前菜師傅話係京都傳統素菜料理,味道正常發揮啦。到湯既部分,同我上網見到既唔同,係一碗魚湯。魚湯入面有加柚子碎、梅醬同埋一d師傅話係海撈上黎已經有d jelly包住既荀菜(之類既菜)。個荀幾特別第一次食,而個梅醬幾襯條魚,一齊食幾好味。之後正式開始食刺身!先黎係一客鱸魚刺身,共3片,我就用左3種食法去食佢。一、加紫蘇花一齊食。二、點檸檬片食。三、配有辣蘿蔔蓉同蔥嘅酸汁一齊食。各有風味,但我就比較鍾意一同二比較淡口、可以食到魚本身既味多d。之後食左縞鰺魚,係配紫蘇葉食既。再黎係白蝦,比起甜蝦更加鮮甜同黏身。食食下聽到啪左一下,師傅將活赤貝打左落枱面,師傅話咁樣會令赤貝嘅纖維收縮,食物會更加脆口,的確係幾爽口。最後由北海道水八爪魚嘅腳同吸管黎為到刺身部分作結。師傅拎左隻水八爪魚腳出嚟俾我哋睇,勁大條😱

間一間場既係白海老蝦丸,新鮮炸起熱辣辣,蝦丸既口感係軟但彈牙,同平時既丸類口感都幾唔同。好味😋

刺身部分,開始比較多食客,師傅都開始忙冇介紹太多。開頭係食完一道菜緊接下一道,宜家開始要等一等,但速度都仲係可以的👍🏻 如果大家想個experience更好,可以同我一樣book左d黎食😁 一開頭淨係得我哋😆

壽司既順序係: 伊佐木、金目鯛、關鯖魚、池魚、青森帆立貝、中拖羅、大拖羅、吞拿魚醬油漬。全部都幾鮮味,比較記得既係關鯖魚、池魚中拖羅同大拖羅。✨關鯖魚有分水份重,食落濃味啲,好滑好淋身。池魚有加薑蔥提升香味,都係食落比較淋身嘅魚。中拖羅本身已經唔錯,但大拖羅直程係我個嘴入面溶化,好出色呀!😋期待個大陀螺嘅程度係食完先記得自己唔記得咗影相😫

之後有海膽手卷,相對比較普通。然後我揀咗麵豉湯同咖啡為呢餐Omakase畫上句號。呢餐真係食得 非 常 飽同滿足!媽咪平時唔太會試唔同種類既海鮮,但今餐都食得好開心😁

餐廳環境舒服,可以容納10個客人。如果想睇師傅切魚生嘅話,建議坐門口數過嚟第三四個位,會係對正師傅嘅料理枱。師傅都幾友善,服務員嘅服務都好到位,會好快收碟同埋係咁加茶。整體體驗不錯,不妨一試。
