To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. ⑤中吞拿魚
嘻嘻嘻,吃完baby吞拿魚來吃中吞拿魚啦,儘管是同類,但出品卻是不同的,這道沒有利用豉油來提鮮而是搭配落咗竹炭鹽夾著紫蘇葉一起食用,非常特別,超級滿足的!
⑥大吞拿魚
用了豉油燒制而成的,口感不輸其他道菜,大吞拿魚的口感亮點在於它的油脂,十分的飽滿,搭配紫菜食用效果超正,味道香香的!
⑦深海池魚壽司、花竹蝦壽司、金目鯛壽司
這三款壽司可以稱為壽司界的大佬了,深海池魚的鮮嫩被包裹在米中,一口下去爆彈在口腔中,簡直不要太滿足,但花竹蝦的質感卻和前者行程了鮮明的對比,蝦肉的緊致搭配紫菜,入口有嚼勁,真的很絕,金目鯛更不用說,肉質的肥美配上醬汁的口感就是錦上添花,所有的煩惱仿佛在這一刻都消失了,食之我幸也!

無論吃什麼都好,我都喜歡有啖湯水可以濕下嘴仔,滋潤一下,嘻嘻,面史湯暖胃的同時也能飽腹,暖噗噗的,真的很愛喝!
綠茶奶凍甜品
女孩子都是無甜不歡的吧!自家制奶凍清甜好味,用日本黑豆點綴,更是錦上添花的美味!
