Restaurant: Mon Kee Cafe (Wai Fong Court)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間嘢,可以令到我為咗佢寫生平嘅第一次食評!今次嗌咗個日本滑蛋叉燒蝦仁雙拼飯日本滑蛋嚟講,我覺得純粹係佢想用個名令自己啲嘢吸引啲,普通炒蛋。係咪來自日本真係無從稽考?叉燒黑過炭,仲以為佢比錯嘢,做咩俾啲臘肉我?同伴更質疑呢碟嘢真係俾人食?啲叉燒一粒粒好似蘿蔔糕嗰啲臘肉咁,收$62佢認真有良心。除咗講呢間嘢要賺到盡之外,唔知可以講乜🙄🙄$62話平唔平,話貴唔貴,但係食叉燒來講,仲要係黑過炭嘅叉燒就認真咪搞我,呢間嘢冇下次 !
