尋日去左旺角一間好有特色嘅火鍋店食晚餐:成都老碼頭。一入店內,成個感覺好有中國風味,裝飾用品等都有種真係去左成都打邊爐嘅感覺。首先我地選左一個鴛鴦鍋,一個係豬骨,另一個就係紅油。豬骨湯底非常濃郁,紅油就夠晒辣,我地點左中辣啱啱好!之後我哋仲叫咗佢嘅牛頸脊,應該係成差我嘅最愛,牛嘅脂肪同埋瘦肉分布均勻,入口軟綿綿咁好好食,之後上到嚟就係佢嘅炸響鈴,我本身都冇咩期望嘅,但係估唔到佢啲炸響鈴係即炸,簡直係我成世人食過最好食既響鈴卷,係湯底入面輕輕一浸,就即刻攞上嚟食,外軟內脆嘅感覺真係令人興奮!佢嘅玫瑰花冰粉先係經典之中嘅經典,食辣野點可以唔點翻個冰粉降下火,佢入面有山楂同埋西瓜粒,好清甜好冰涼,簡直就係夏天嘅感覺! 整體來講呢間餐廳服務又好,嘢食又高質素!絕對係會再去嘅選擇!
