Came here for some authentic Chinese hot pot and I was very impressed by the quality of food and soup base provided here!We ordered the duo soup base ($158), including a spicy one and non-spicy pork bone one. I personally am not a huge fan of spicy things, so I had the pork bone soup. It was so good, and flavourful, as it was full of ingredients and I found myself drinking the soup even before we started putting anything in it.— Australian Beef ($82 for half portion —The beef looked absolutely gorgeous with its mixture of meat and fat. It was also thinly sliced so that it wasn’t too rough.— Mongolian Lamb ($68 for half portion) —This was the one thing that I really wanted to have prior to ordering and I loved it! It had that grassy flavour that lamb has, but it wasn’t too overwhelming, I wish I ordered a bigger portion!— Fresh Clams ($62 for half portion) — Each and every clam was big and meaty. I also loved mixing the clam juice with the soup base, as it created a nice complement.— Handmade Beef Tendon Balls ($48) —The juice that came out of beef tendon balls was so enticing and flavourful! I also liked the chewy texture of the beef tendon, mixed with the bouncy dough.— Fish Tripe ($98 for half portion) — Delicacy for every girl looking for a little extra oomph in their skin care routine. The fish tripe was soft and smooth.— Purple Potato Noodles ($38) —When it first came, I was a little sceptical, but it proved to be an extremely delicious type of noodle. It was chewy when cooked at the right duration of time!— Shrimp Paste with Fritters ($58) —Cooking this required some skills because you had to ensure the paste was cooked without completely soaking the fritters. 紅日前夕,晚上嘅十點任性地黎到位於大角咀嘅老碼頭火鍋。呢度宵夜時段全單有68折ga, 想食好耐喇。一入到黎,已經瀰漫住一股麻辣嘅氣氛。依度嘅菜單嘅選項有得選半份,定價唔算好貴,但68折確實吸引。出面有調味吧,比較少有嘅有炸黃豆。食正宗嘅成都麻辣火鍋就記得要拎罐裝麻油同蠔油。今次叫左個鴛鴦鍋 蕃茄+豬骨呢度必食油碟,真心正!(罐裝麻油加蠔油再加適量香料)龍眼杞子菊花蜜 $68都幾大一jar,兩人飲剛剛好。跟住order 左特色少少嘅火鍋配料。鴨血夠煙韌、牛黃喉食落爽地有啲,感似水魷、蛋餃入面混了魚肉、牛胸爽爽口油脂正。最愛紫薯寬粉,係麻辣火鍋界麵食g代表。豬骨湯底果邊勁多火腿,正。蛋餃熟左之後變靚左。現炸酥肉 酥肉炸得熱辣,沾上乾碟仲好味。臨出門口前玩下佢部除味機先,企定定7秒。嗯,係有d 幫助嘅。最後68折埋單500幾咋 continue reading

鍾意食辣點可以錯過成都老碼頭火鍋呢?呢間主打成都原味的辣湯底,又辣又頂癮。想食”大陸味”又唔想返大陸既朋友可以一試現場打造到好似皇宮官庭,好有氣派,打卡都幾好。一入門口已經有好濃既肉”So” 味,要差不多幾分鐘先可以同化到鴛鴦湯底 (外紅油、內骨湯) $158當然要試下成都原味既湯底啦,小妹叫了中辣因為湯底通常都會愈煮愈辣,以防菊花爆所以叫了中辣。中間骨湯真係有條豬骨證明真材真料,骨湯都幾清甜,有一陣陣肉骨既味現場有醬料部,除了醬料外仲可以拎圍裙同新鮮水果,感覺喜出望外。當日新鮮水果係蜜瓜同哈蜜瓜,十分甜,值得一讚配料都好多元化,咩都有就連小好既Like既 薯粉同寬粉都有,基本上肉類、海鮮類、餃類都有好多選擇,鍾意食或者想試既都可以滿足到總括,價錢當然唔及大陸咁平喇,不過成班人齊嘩嘩又唔使花時間係交通同等位,呢到都算一個唔錯既選擇。地方位置都算方便而且配料都多選擇同新鮮,雖然話有入座限時但當日可能唔多人所以都無趕人走既情況。如果有人生日,餐廳仲會關哂燈,勁開喇叭播生日歌,心臟夠強或者想整古朋友,就去喇 continue reading

男友好中意食辣,見旺角新開麻辣火鍋,佢問都唔問我就帶我去食啦!!!只食小辣既我,今次簡直係挑戰!!!一入到去,裡裡外外都係中國風一知道係食麻辣火鍋個下。。。我真係驚架!!好在呢度既麻辣火鍋係鴛鴦鍋底,係用內外之分,內圈揀紅油而外圈揀骨湯, 但係食完之後,我發覺調返轉內圈骨湯外圈紅油會更加好, 因為一路滾時,紅油就會彈左D落骨湯度, 而且男友夾喺紅油嘅食物時都會滴到落骨湯度,變相我都食緊小小小麻辣。牛胸爽睇落白色一片會以為一塊脂肪, 牛胸爽肉即是牛胸部兩排肋骨中間的肉,甘香爽口不油膩,烚完之後,仲有好重嘅牛油香味鮮魚標新鮮既魚標,洗得好乾淨,一啲魚腥味都無爽脆彈牙,最刺激既係魚標係一個氣泡,放入紅油湯煮,湯灌到入面,放涼一陣,一啖入口,辣湯會一湧而上,會成為一種挑戰遊戲高原雪花繡球菌完全唔認識呢種菌菇,立刻叫份試一試先,呢種繡球菌,係湯烚大概20秒左右就已經足夠熟,一食就已經有獨特既味道出現,有啲似秀珍菇既味道加雪耳既口感,仲要非常吸味,所以強烈建議用骨湯黎烚,紅油湯只會蓋過所有既菇味同吸油(呢隻菇比金菇或者冬菇感覺輕盈一啲)勁中意食,所以後尾再加多1份即炸響鈴毫無油漬嘅味道,落湯烚最多3秒,之後再咬落去仍有脆口嘅感覺,非常吸湯既響鈴,如果夠膽挑戰,試下係紅油湯底烚響鈴環球牛魔王拼盤喜歡食牛既我點會錯過,上台時一行行均勻既牛脂真係令我好興奮講真款款都好味,而且牛味十足,可以試完個拼盤再特別order想再食既款式。雖然小妹堅唔係好食得麻辣,但見男友食得好開心,而且食材都好美味,所以我一定會再返黎食每次食1,2舊麻辣過下口癮 continue reading
