Restaurant: Lockcha (Hong Kong Park)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 8-6-2005 1300唔係Miss果黎呢度小姐lunch,再這裡無論日間至半夜三更都經常路過都唔知有咁既好地方,可能對眼有問題掛,雖係素食,但只要好食就得。是日都搵左一陣先得,入到去時已見到lu姐及T小姐坐左係度,自己都急不及待點了普洱,不及蓮香好,但比一般的已經算好。我地點了蘿蔔糕、炒烏冬、冬菇蒸糯米容、荷葉飯、苦瓜餃、蒸果、素牛、黑芝麻包及腰果糯米滋等等。質素比一般既其實分別不大,唯獨是糯米滋味道突出及苦瓜餃不是度度地方都有,其間有講有笑,這樣又過左一餐快樂的午飯。
