近排同班朋友講返起之前一齊去越南旅行的經歴,講下講下都好想再食返餐越南菜,於是就拉大隊去食我地一行四人,點咗好多野食柚子鮮蝦沙律、特色牛湯粉、扎肉撈檬、越式炸春卷、軟殻蟹米紙卷、豬頸肉米紙卷、香芧豬扒湯粉、越式手打炸蝦餅。地方很整潔企理,服務亦很到位,食物質數很好,小弟個人特別推介幾款食物:特色牛湯粉的湯底可選牛湯或雞湯,好牛的我就當然選擇了牛湯,牛湯非常濃及清甜。配料方面非常豐富,有生牛肉、牛坑腩、手打牛丸、牛筋片、牛腩邊和牛栢葉,牛煮得很好,不會太"un", 與湯底和河粉配合得非常好越式手打蝦餅,蝦膠很彈牙爽口,與外層的炸漿很分明,配合着酸辣醬,好好食軟殻蟹米紙卷,軟殻蟹內𥚃炸得淋,但外殻不失脆口,軟殻蟹的香口與米紙卷的清淡成強烈對比不得不提我杯飲品:牛油果奶昔,牛油果的清新,而質感卻很綿和滑,入口很舒服,吃了很多香口美食後可以消一消氣,一定要試
