收工約朋友食飯,順便去銅鑼灣行街買嘢, 呢間專食越南嘢嘅Fuhn一向水準唔錯,而且坐得舒服。單單係湯粉都已經有好多款式,有必食嘅牛肉,亦有素菜選擇,啱曬唔同人口味。不過女仔嘅胃口比較細我哋就嗌咗兩碗大嘅生熟牛河share,再加啲小食。居然仲有埋甜品,正!同去越南一樣,有芽菜、香菜嘅配料,食落非常正宗。而主角嘅生牛河亦都非常出色,香濃嘅牛骨湯底,配上嫩滑嘅生牛肉, 味道非常之夾,而且仲有好香濃嘅肉味。牛油雞翼同樣唔錯,炸得脆卜卜,而且好香蒜蓉牛油味,非常惹味。雞翼咬開仲有肉汁,保留到雞肉嘅嫩滑。小食拼盤相當豐富,有札肉腸、蝦餅、春捲、軟殼蟹、雞翼等等,每樣都有兩件,好適合大班人share, 尤其蝦餅炸得好香脆,入面嘅蝦滑亦好彈牙,必食。柚子蜜梳打非常解渴,清新開胃,最啱食完香口嘢之後飲。白桃沙冰亦都好啱女仔, 酸酸甜甜,好香果味。以銅鑼灣嚟講,價錢亦都算合理,而且坐得舒服,一大班人傾計聚會都唔錯。 continue reading

Square嘅Fûhn為慶祝兩週年,早前搞左個大胃王比賽,成功最快食完4倍份量嘅生牛肉湯粉可以贏得免費越南旅行,果陣咁岩唔係香港去唔到挑戰,一直想去果到食越南粉,今日難得去銅鑼灣購物行街,終於的起心肝去試下果到出名嘅越南粉喇老闆係溫哥華出世,非常熱愛當地嘅北美式越南粉,除左有越南嘅味道仲配合左北美大大份嘅特色,真係大碗到兩碗三個人分黎食都仲得海鮮湯粉 $88海鮮湯粉係Fûhn新出嘅越南粉,入面有龍脷柳、蝦、蟹柳、魚蛋等每款三件嘅餸,湯底清新惹味,加上香葉同青檸等常用嘅越南香料,令越南風味十足特式雞絲湯河粉 $80特式雞絲湯粉係Fûhn其中一款受歡迎又暢銷嘅湯粉,除左有滿滿嘅雞絲之外,仲有鵪鶉蛋、雞肉丸等,河粉份量係外面越南餐廳份量嘅1.5倍,確實貨真價實特上小食拼盤 $168呢個拼盤有6款小食,牛油雞翼、手打蝦餅、炸扎肉、扎肉串、椒鹽軟殼蟹同越式春卷,相當吸引,未食先興奮,當然要影返張相打個卡啦,小食全部都係即叫即製,脆卜卜熱辣辣,聞到都覺得香好想食,最鍾意就係牛油雞翼同椒鹽軟殼蟹,牛油雞翼外皮炸香,牛油香一陣陣咁滲出黎;椒鹽軟殼蟹香脆可口,軟殼蟹香喺椒鹽味嘅伴隨下更為鮮味突出 continue reading

相約在銅鑼灣的朋友仔來個GIRL TALK DINNER。朋友仔有來過這家Fûhn吃,而我倒是第一次。The L. Square內有多家食肆,每每到繁忙時間就要大排長龍等升降機,好彩這家食肆在1樓,有乜衣郁都可以行樓梯Fûhn的環境MENU特別列出依樹使用來自奧地利某系統淨化水,好似好勁咁喎望住都唔識讀 對香草又多點認識了每日限定20碗越式雞絲沙律 $682人份小食拼盤$98內有越式牛油炸雞翼,手打蝦餅同春卷,好香脆可口,吃前要配上兩醬汁同吃,減低油膩感素菜米紙卷 $52生熟牛肉牛坑腩片河粉 (中)$88粉有分大中細,參考過其他檯既ORDER, 發現大真係好巨,為免浪費,試了中最鍾意另外捧上的,銀芽香草,為湯粉提升不少鮮味此店可優惠價換購飲管套裝呢, 支持環保, 讚 !!! continue reading

咁啱出開causeway bay 近近地黎左食越南菜 由於係星期日嘅關係 明顯全埸都幾多人 好旺場 加上環境同坐位斬舒適 總體感覺斬唔錯頭盤我地叫左個柚子鮮蝦沙律 上到枱見好大碟 勁多柚子肉 而且咬落好多汁 好refreshing!! 而絕對要讚嘅係果幾隻大蝦 因為真係好大隻 而且好新鮮 成碟野好冰凍 好開胃 另外有一個小食 4隻嘅越式炸牛油雞翼 佢熱辣辣 隻隻望落都大大舊 漲卜卜 好吸引 食落真係好有牛油嘅香味 加上煮得啱啱好 完全冇overcook 仲有D肉汁流出黎omg~~到主菜啦 先叫左一個特色fuhn飯 簡單黎講係一個雜錦黎 入面有晒香茅雞排 牛肉 燒豬頸肉等等覯配菜 好丰富 個味道都調得好好 咁多肉 我呢位食肉獸好高興另一個主菜係生熟牛肉牛坑腩片湯粉 regular size 但已經好大碗 一樣地足料 個湯唔會太濃味 食完一碗都唔會滯 正~~至於飲品方面都叫左比較有特色嘅車厘茄沙冰 有D飲緊冰凍蕃茄汁嘅感覺 唔錯 仲有一杯牛油果奶昔 牛奶味有DD太重 蓋過左牛油果味 建議可以轉一轉個比例 咁就perfect啦~~  continue reading
