To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日都係七點到到。去到,話因為有人訂左檯,不過未到。所以留左電話,話十分鐘後,訂檯的人無黎就打比我地。都算好彩呀,十分鐘後真係有位。一入到坐低,覺後個冷氣直吹個頭,諗住過多陣,太凍先出聲。點知我都未開口,個師傅已經叫人調番高個風口,嘩,真係好細心,無時無刻都留意住客人ge需要。今次叫左同上次完全唔一樣ge食物,有帶子魚生飯,山葵蝦軍艦,火炙帆立貝壽司,加洲卷,海膽墨魚,甜蛋小食同紅酒三文魚。十分唔錯,特別一提係個軍艦,放到最後先食,但佢d紫菜一咬就斷,d蝦仲好爽喎,好正呀。因為我d牙本身唔整齊,所以食親軍艦都咬唔斷。第一次感受到,可以完完整整咁咬斷一半舊軍艦。原本係諗住叫粒粒魚生飯,但咁岩賣曬,所以改叫帶子魚生飯。因為諗住一塊塊的話,驚d刺身得好少。但又唔會喎,食到尾,變左只係食刺身。唔錯紅酒三文魚好特別,我幾鍾意。不過火炙帆立貝同無火炙個個無咩分別,同埋今次甜蛋唔夠甜。服務態度依然咁好,真係會再去。
