To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日去完sogo濕平突然想食魚, 上網搵吓最近既舖頭應係呢間印尼小食, 舖頭雖小但五內俱全而且入座亦無須等候太耐, 門口擺放好多地道小食, 第一次食最安全既方法梗係提個老闆問吓有咩推介啦...印尼小食拼盤 - 極之地道風味, 有炸雞、炸秋葵、雞翼、豆腐、黃豆餅(天貝), 黃豆餅既口感好好印尼炒貴勺 - 老闆落單時特別講明比較辣, 到上菜時見到辣椒專登放埋一邊, 怕太辣我地食唔到認真細心, 辣辣地好惹味香辣汁煮黑鯽魚 - 主菜上場, 都係多得老闆介紹, 話係新菜式賣咗兩日, 酸酸辣辣好開胃, 魚皮燒到卜卜脆, 真係冇介紹錯班蘭蛋糕 - 軟綿綿唔太甜, 堅正!!
