九龍城一帶是泰國菜的重兵之地,不過是日我和朋友去吃的是有口福烤魚專門店。餐廳除了雞煲、烤魚窩、還有不少川式的小菜供應,之前我試過她做得很出色的胡椒豬肚雞煲,今次想試下烤魚窩,鮮魚有幾款魚類和口味可供選擇我們點的是麻辣鉗魚上枱時香氣四溢,花椒抑制了辣椒的霸氣,味道麻而不烈,鉗魚皮滑肉嫩,入囗味濃。配角大豆芽和上海百頁盡索麻辣和魚肉的鮮香,味道引人入勝,百頁發揮了飽肚効果取代了白飯。另一份負責人推介的樟茶鴨色澤金紅,外皮酥香,肉質嫩滑帶點煙燻香氣,擺放也很考究,入口後酒香隨咀嚼慢慢滲出,遇上冰凍的啤酒,就是天作之合。
