今日來到銅鑼灣這棟美食大廈,再嚐這店美味浜燒,佢哋嘅海鮮真係好新鮮,用來即場浜燒真係不得了先叫咗枝大吟釀配海鮮,福愛生淡淡果香,我同朋友都覺得好香醇又易入口秋刀魚刺身係秋冬時令刺身,都唔錯啊,加少少薑蔥點醬油食可以提升鮮味,同埋唔腥黑松露平目魚邊沙律 上檯時已聞到好濃香黑松露氣味,平目魚姐係左口魚再經火灸過,入口嫩滑得嚟好鍾意微灸過得薰香味噌蟹甲羅燒蟹蓋上放咗蟹膏同蟹肉,仲加埋鵪鶉蛋去燒,甘香柔滑仲配埋脆多士波士頓活貝盛合 成個盛合都好豐富,活龍蝦好生鮮生猛,侍應仲攞比我哋睇同影相,另外仲有蠔、鮑魚,大扇貝、長腳蟹主角龍蝦經師傅火灸過後,鮮甜彈牙之餘仲食到淡淡火灸香氣,海水味都好夠,唔洗任何調味料都好正生蠔鮮甜肥美,而鮑魚就好爽彈,配個汁仲有陣陣柚子味,而個蟹腳肉嫩鮮甜大扇貝用浜燒之餘,師傅好有心機再用火槍四圍燒,加上牛油清酒好香濃美味最尾來個甜品柚子雪葩,少少微酸冰凍,清到口腔仲將整餐邪惡感係心靈上減掉好多脂肪咁XD
