灣仔街角呢間 60 年的喜記,紅燈籠一掛,濃濃的老香港味就飄出來🏮​招牌炒辣蟹絕對是鎮店之寶,佢地全部都係用金蒜炒製,絕不用麵包糠~ 上菜時仲會有專人來幫手拍蟹腳。蟹肉緊實彈牙,裹住惹味的辣椒汁,辣度夠晒霸道又唔搶蟹鮮。挖起蟹肉蘸埋汁,簡直是人間至味!​豉椒炒蜆充滿鑊氣,一上枱就聞到陣陣香氣。蜆肉飽滿脹卜卜,咬落鮮甜多汁,完全冇沙,豉椒的鹹香滲透每絲肉質,下酒一流😋。​椒鹽瀨尿蝦炸得金黃香脆,外殼輕輕一剝就開。蝦肉雪白嫩滑,中間的蝦膏豐富到漏油,椒鹽的鹹香惹味,連殼邊都想吮多幾口。​雪花一口牛是意外驚喜。蒜粒炸得焦香,與牛肉的嫩香完美融合。雪花牛肉油脂分布均勻,入口即溶,蒜香霸道又唔蓋過肉味,層次超豐富。​臨走望見牆上的舊相,原來好多明星都係常客🌟。老字號的用心同味道完全食得出來,下次會埋屋企人帶再黎幫襯!
