灣仔街角呢間 60 年的喜記,紅燈籠一掛,濃濃的老香港味就飄出來🏮​招牌炒辣蟹絕對是鎮店之寶,佢地全部都係用金蒜炒製,絕不用麵包糠~ 上菜時仲會有專人來幫手拍蟹腳。蟹肉緊實彈牙,裹住惹味的辣椒汁,辣度夠晒霸道又唔搶蟹鮮。挖起蟹肉蘸埋汁,簡直是人間至味!​豉椒炒蜆充滿鑊氣,一上枱就聞到陣陣香氣。蜆肉飽滿脹卜卜,咬落鮮甜多汁,完全冇沙,豉椒的鹹香滲透每絲肉質,下酒一流😋。​椒鹽瀨尿蝦炸得金黃香脆,外殼輕輕一剝就開。蝦肉雪白嫩滑,中間的蝦膏豐富到漏油,椒鹽的鹹香惹味,連殼邊都想吮多幾口。​雪花一口牛是意外驚喜。蒜粒炸得焦香,與牛肉的嫩香完美融合。雪花牛肉油脂分布均勻,入口即溶,蒜香霸道又唔蓋過肉味,層次超豐富。​臨走望見牆上的舊相,原來好多明星都係常客🌟。老字號的用心同味道完全食得出來,下次會埋屋企人帶再黎幫襯! continue reading

今日約咗一大班親戚食飯,咁梗係食中菜最好。呢一間位於灣仔嘅避風塘炒蟹中菜館,有好多唔同類型嘅中菜食,同埋海鮮都好新鮮。喜記招牌避風塘炒辣蟹叫咗一份佢哋最出名嘅避風塘炒辣蟹,味道好新鮮,而且肉質好爽口,唔會霉同軟腍腍。用避風塘嘅方法炒得好乾身,而且份量都好多,仲會有專人過來幫手拍蟹腳~ 唔洗擔心點樣食醉鮑魚叫咗少少鮑魚嚟試,酒味好香濃,而且食得出鮑魚係新鮮嘅。避風塘炒牛河因為佢哋避風塘嘅嘢都好好食,於是就叫咗個炒牛河,牛河好有鑊氣,而且份量都好多。椒鹽瀨尿蝦唔係周圍都食到瀨尿蝦,見到佢哋瀨尿蝦都好大隻,味道都相當唔錯。果然60年老字號唔係浪得虛名,仲見到唔少大博主都會來打卡試食😝想試試香港嘅傳統味道同地道招牌菜式就千奇唔好錯過灣仔元祖老店喇~🤓 continue reading
