最近都幾鍾意同朋友食意大利野，每道菜都用心之餘，仲會為味蕾帶來新鮮感。呢間義大利菜用上特別醬料，配上唔同菜式上，令味道一吃難忘！set dinner大約每人$800可以食到sharing portion 嘅5道菜，慢慢品嚐同傾計，幾寫意。🥖Bread Basket- 其實呢樣係我幾鍾意的餐前小吃，有三款麵包類，特別喜歡脆脆地嘅麵包條🐷Testina‘s pig’s head & Salsa Verde- 說真的，豬頭真係比較少食！不過又幾特別，滿滿油脂香，加上脆皮外層，口感特別。仲配上青醬去膩！🐮Lingua Tonnata， Veal Tongue，Tonnata Sauce- 賣相好吸引，牛舌係整到剛剛好，有咬口得來又夠嫩！🐮 Charcoal Grilled Whole Bone Marrow, Toasted Bread, Aromatic Salad- 完全係比較少見的，牛大腿骨一節，滑滑地滿滿油脂香，真係想再食了下次再約朋友去chill🥂
