To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近心血來潮,決定去尖沙咀的一間素食餐廳嘗試一下清淡的飲食。這裡的套餐選擇豐富,我們毫不猶豫地選擇了二個一人餐,包含前菜、手卷、湯、主菜和甜品,每樣都有兩款可以選擇,讓我們能夠一試多樣。前菜中,日式藜麥野菜松子薯球香脆可口,搭配涼拌杞子百合黑木耳,清新解膩。手卷方面,蘆筍素香鬆苜蓿芽手卷和香芒牛油果苜蓿芽手卷各有風味,特別是牛油果的滑順口感令人印象深刻。湯品方面,雪燕南瓜栗子甘筍忌廉濃湯濃郁香滑,令人回味無窮。主菜中,黃咖喱藜麥野菜會猴菇配印度煎餅,口感豐富,而牛肝菌忌廉燴扁意粉則是意想不到的驚喜,特別是吉列牛油果的搭配。最後,宇治抹茶紅豆椰汁糕清甜可口,為整餐畫上完美的句號。這次素食之旅讓我對素食有了全新的認識,期待下次再來!
