To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說之前有次喺銅鑼灣行街,見到呢間食印尼嘢嘅餐廳,都冇乜點留意,點知最近喺網上面搵搵下,有間人哋餐廳嘅斑蘭飯整得好靚仔,成座塔咁高,原來就係哩間小店,所以今次特登嚟試下啦。難得嚟到,當然要整返個燒雞斑蘭飯,然後再整返個小食串燒,仲有花膠粉皮。燒雞斑蘭飯。今餐食燒嘅嘢都相當之多,呢個燒雞係其中一個,外皮燒得好香脆,不過肉質稍為乾身,而斑蘭飯賣相就非常之靚,食落去有淡淡嘅斑蘭嘅味道,質素都算唔錯。原條魚配花膠粉皮。我想話呢個真係值得推薦。條魚非常之大條,而且燒得好好,可以做到外脆內軟,真係食極都食唔完。花膠粉皮嘅湯底做得非常出色,飲落真係好似飲花膠湯噉,而且仲送一大片花膠添,粉皮就都爽身,配上呢個花膠湯真係非常之正。串燒拼盤。當我哋諗緊揀邊一份串燒嘅時候,職員就話可以幫我哋每人執兩件,噉都幾好喎。呢份串燒又係不得了。鰻魚嗰陣皮燒得超鬆脆,真係入口即溶。牛肉同雞肉串都甜甜地噉,而且燒得好香,加上佢有沙爹醬,同埋特色辣醬,食落夠曬過癮,十分推薦佢哋嘅串燒印尼咖啡涼粉冰。啲咖啡係偏淡嘅,奶味比較重,而咁啱又配上涼粉,幾有咬口,兩樣嘢加埋其實都幾夾嘅碟豆花唎個我都係飲咗兩啖,紫色嘅應該係香芋嚟嘅,

啲咖啡係偏淡嘅,奶味比較重,而咁啱又配上涼粉,幾有咬口,兩樣嘢加埋其實都幾夾嘅

唎個我都係飲咗兩啖,紫色嘅應該係香芋嚟嘅,甜甜地噉樣,我覺得還好。

總結,這間餐廳所有燒出嚟嘅食物都非常之好,尤其是係燒魚同埋燒鰻魚,各式肉類串燒都唔錯,最大驚喜反而就係花膠粉皮,真係估佢唔到喇。
