屹立在銅鑼灣登龍街 V Point 29樓的張公館, 令你感覺遠離煩囂,交通又方便,這裡佈置簡簡單單卻被周圍的落地玻璃窗吸引著,可遠眺維港景色,感覺輕鬆自在。侍應殷勤有禮,坐下先點一碟脆皮燒腩仔:燒腩仔暖暖的、皮脆肉嫩,咬下去脆卜卜,很鬆脆呀!然後在餐牌上選擇了~張公館六宮格:✂️脆焗蝦多士✂️百花腐皮卷✂️脆脆笑哈哈腸粉:肉質鮮嫩、香脆可口,外脆內軟,各有不同層次的味道及口感;✂️蝦餃皇:新鮮爽囗,皮薄餡靚;✂️冰菜:混了秘製醬汁更顯出冰菜的鮮甜爽口;✂️麻辣燒賣:肉質新鮮彈牙,麻香味濃,令舌尖瞬間發麻,齒頰留香;另一道菜是墨斗卵粿:內軟外嫩,新鮮美味,煙韌彈牙;隨之而來的是蜜汁筍殼魚:肉質鲜嫩,外脆內滑,極之鬆化;最後來了清雞湯浸春筍絲:蔬菜本身味道較淡,配合清雞湯及葱花,令整道菜生色不少,師傅刀功厲害把春筍切成幼絲,幼嫩而爽脆。總的看來師傅團隊挑選新鮮食材,以不時不食的概念,不斷把菜式創新,務求喚醒客人的味蕾,很費心思呵!
