今日去咗銅鑼灣登龍街一間叫「張公館 」嘅中菜,餐廳食晚餐,餐廳嘅環境非常闊落,有落地大玻璃望向維港嘅海景,適合一家大細或朋友聚餐。中式茶有蠟燭台坐熱,餐前會有香醋蕎頭同炸魚仔花生做餐前小食,今次主要嗌咗餐廳最新推出嘅餐點。🍊 陳皮水鴨燉湯燉湯非常清甜,水鴨燉到非常嫩滑,配有大量嘅陳皮絲同瑤柱粒,令到個湯唔會有鴨嘅臊味,反而帶啲陳皮嘅甘香🍊 杏汁豬肺湯由細到大最鍾意飲嘅湯就係杏汁豬肺湯,豬肺湯呈奶白色,飲落去杏汁味道唔算好重,但係加入杏汁令到成個湯嘅口感變得順滑,豬肺煲到好腍身,飲完有種好滋潤嘅感覺🍊 潮式香炸蝦棗炸蝦棗用咗潮式嘅煮法,將蝦滑加入芫荽再拎去炸,食落外層嘅口感有啲似炸鯪魚球,不過入面嘅蝦滑好彈牙,而且食到蝦嘅鮮甜味,而芫荽只係點綴味道唔算重,配上酸甜醬一齊食🍊 夏果松子鮮百合西芹炒淮山片呢道菜嘅顏色非常鮮艷,淮山片厚切成波浪紋路,炒後嘅口感仍然保持爽脆,配料有夏威夷果仁、松子、洋蔥、紅椒、黃椒同西芹,炒完之後略帶少少油🍊 上湯牛油大蝦球煎脆米粉底一大片嘅煎脆米粉底係新鮮煎起,非常脆口,可以將一大片脆片敲碎成細細片後,再淋上帶有牛油大蝦嘅上湯芡汁,令到口感既有煎米粉嘅香脆,又有上湯芡汁嘅濃稠,層次豐富,牛油大蝦嘅份量都有好多,咬落去口感彈牙📍 銅鑼灣登龍街18號V Point 29樓位置就腳:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊餐廳環境:🍊🍊🍊🍊🍊食物味道:🍊🍊🍊🍊整體CP值:🍊🍊🍊🍊 continue reading
