Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 餐牌外都有好野食家,落單時比少少時間聽下侍應姐姐講有咩時令食物, 太心急既話就錯過好西家la!姐姐推介左個 $380 40g 北海道直送海膽,都真係幾新鮮甘甜多汁無苦味,香港黎講係唔錯同唔貴(當然你唔好FF好似係北海道即開咁好食, 咁樣是不切實際的!) 魚生方面, 姐姐又推介左個較貴既set, 上面都係時令既新鮮魚生, 果然聽姐姐講係無錯的。(真心覺得好食但詞窮)另外值得一提既係個芝士玉子,蛋好滑,芝士同蛋的味道好夾,蛋系一層疊一層,唔系一舊實哂既,食落有口感,就咁食可以食到蛋的甜味同芝士既香味,再加蘿蔔蓉和醬油, 又成另一風味!如果你係願意比$50蚊食隻蛋既同路人,真心推薦!環境: 女友大人話有情調服務:好呀
