To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係香港行懷舊路線嘅餐廳越嚟越多,今次去咗煙廠街打邊爐,係任食任飲汽水所以啱我嚟,唔會 over budget。先食個鮑魚雞煲,飽魚好腍,夠晒惹味,但可惜無得添加。湯底嗌咗唔洗加錢嘅香茜皮蛋湯,如果要 fancy d 嘅湯底就加幾十蚊。仲有海鮮拼盤非常豐富,帆立貝、脆鯇片、廣島蠔、蝦、花甲。呢個都係無得添加嘅。美國安格斯牛同西班牙黑毛豬呢啲打邊爐必備嘅就當然唔少得。丸類反而有好多選擇有驚喜,有陳皮魚蛋、粟米貢丸、龍蝦沙拉丸同爆漿魚丸等等,夠晒脹爆。仲有蔬菜、粉麵同其他火鍋配料,一定飽到上心口。最後餐廳仲驚死你唔飽,俾咗一盤紅豆椰果涼粉冰,好有心呀!
