To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 早上到北角彩福飲茶,接待處的等候座位已坐滿人。還好的是等了五分鐘左右便有細枱。要了壼香片,比起平日叫普洱好些,有點茶香味。义燒包,包皮不會粘口,熱吃包汁流出且適中味美,义燒夠腍。魚肚蒸雞,三大嚿魚肚,兩大嚿雞件再加兩片冬菇。魚吐爽口腍滑有味,雞肉帶點雞油膏很滑溜。早市自選孖寶$34,點了鮮竹卷和鳯爪排骨飯。鮮竹卷,鮮竹煎後再蒸,內有蝦、豬肉、芹菜等,軟腍得來有𡁻口。鳳爪排骨飯,排骨帶點肥肉吃來滑腍,豉汁鳯爪也爽腍,米飯蒸得適中。二人吃了共四個點心,加茶錢十一點半前埋單$107。
