「大宅」位於問月酒店三樓,酒店設計幾有格調,以中國神話做主題。餐廳裝修雅緻樸實,牆上掛咗啲字畫,座位幾寬敞。今次同朋友試咗佢哋嘅 tasting menu,每位$688。頭盤:椒鹽糖心鮑魚,鴛鴦海蜇絲個鮑魚幾有驚喜,外層真係炸得香脆,裡面保持到溏心嘅軟嫩口感,唔會韌。海蜇絲有兩款口味,蔥油味好清香,另一款係少少麻辣嘅花椒油味,兩隻味都幾開胃。湯:金腿蟹肉燴冬蓉羹個羹料好足,食到一絲絲嘅蟹肉,火腿嘅鹹香同冬瓜嘅清甜幾夾,味道鮮美。廿年陳皮拔絲虎蝦球蝦球大大隻,肉質爽口彈牙。外面嘅拔絲脆漿甜度適中,最特別係加入咗陳皮,帶出咗一份甘香,令成道菜無咁膩,幾有層次。文火和牛和牛煮得非常腍,真係近乎入口即化,肉味濃。個汁調得幾好。反而最得我歡心係墊底嘅炸腸粉,吸晒和牛嘅肉汁精華,超級好味。乾燒椰菜花龍躉龍躉球肉厚鮮嫩,無雪藏味。用咗乾燒嘅方式,加咗少少花椒油吊味,微微哋辣,更能帶出魚嘅鮮味,唔會死鹹。椰菜花索咗啲汁,都好正。蝦子花膠濃雞湯拌菜苗手工拉麵個雞湯真係好濃郁,花膠厚身,煮到好腍。手工拉麵口感不錯,爽滑有彈性,掛滿湯汁再加埋蝦子嘅鹹香,係個令人滿足嘅結尾。甜品:陳皮蓮子紅豆沙紅豆沙煲得起沙

甜品:陳皮蓮子紅豆沙
紅豆沙煲得起沙,甜度控制得剛好,唔會太甜。陳皮味幾出,蓮子都煲得夠腍,係一碗好傳統又好食嘅紅豆沙。
