今日特登行咗去上環嘅「Lee Laksa」,試吓佢哋嘅海南雞飯同喇沙,果然唔失望!李派海南雞飯拼白胡椒肉骨茶($118),真係一個好正嘅組合!海南雞飯嗰part,雞肉係用嫩滑嘅蒸雞,食落好juicy,令人忍唔住食多幾啖。而白胡椒肉骨茶就係一個驚喜,湯底好濃郁,帶有白胡椒嘅溫暖辛香,骨頭上嘅肉質軟嫩入味,同雞飯嘅清淡口感形成咗好正嘅對比。呢道菜份量好足,性價比真係高,特別啱鍾意多重風味嘅食客。新加坡喇沙($82)喇沙湯底好濃,椰奶味香到不得了,配上彈牙嘅米粉同豐富嘅配料(有蝦、雞肉同豆芽),每一啖都充滿東南亞風味。斑蘭咖央多士($28)呢款多士烤得外脆內軟,配上自家製嘅斑蘭咖央醬(kaya),有濃郁嘅椰香同淡淡嘅斑蘭清香,再塗上厚厚嘅牛油,香滑到不得了!雖然份量唔算多,但作為小食嚟講夠晒,價錢又親民,係一個好正嘅甜品選擇。飲品我叫咗香茅鮮橙茶($32)同香茅青檸荔枝梳打($36)。香茅鮮橙茶用新鮮香茅同橙調製,清新又解膩,茶香同果香好平衡,飲落特別啱配油膩嘅菜式。另一款香茅青檸荔枝梳打就更加有創意,荔枝嘅甜味同青檸嘅酸爽好夾,仲有氣泡水嘅加入,口感好活潑,飲落清涼舒適,令人覺得好refr
