To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天收工約了朋友吃飯 ,在荃灣食肆其實種類好多 。我就選擇地道越南嘢食 鋪頭細細但食物種類好多, 見到餐牌有蟹膏嘅食物所以第一時間就order了 ,蟹膏湯檬上面鋪滿好多蟹膏而且湯底非常 濃郁而其他配料跟埋蟹膏一齊吃有另一番風味。 還有咖哩蟹法包, 啲包好軟熟而且撈埋啲蟹肉和海鮮一起吃口感一流 ,而其他小食有拼盤 ,當然有春捲,蝦餅和雞翼味道都非常唔錯最後還有豬肉串同其他舖頭啲豬肉串有分別 啲肉質好軟味道剛剛好 ,最後飲埋青檸梳打真係非常滿足了。
