Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前係旺角因等位問題都鬧得唔係幾開心, 唔明點解食野要等咁耐 ? 店鋪又細, 而且仲要人齊先可入座 ~ 不過 d 點心真係幾好食, 知道佢係深水埗開左分店, 仲好大間添 , 於是又去排隊囉 ~ 下午三點幾都要等左 40 分鐘, 係門口已剔好點心紙, 水準一樣咁好食 , 不過價錢貴左, d 點心細碟左 ~
