To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前都好鍾意返大陸食嘢,太二嘅酸菜魚同探魚 嘅烤魚,都係一直喺香港搵唔番嘅味道。呢間喺尖沙嘴嘅小魚兒裝修就好友當地特色,直情好似去咗東門咁。可惜個味好油好鹹,龍躉冇肉好鞋身,所以都係過吓口引好啦。⁣Spicy grill fish was one of the must-eats when Tom travelled to China. This restaurant in Tsim Sha Tsui actually gave a vibe of those restaurants in Mainland (in a good way). However, the sauce was way too oily and salty. The fish was not silky at all too!⁣
