食過喺尖沙咀嘅分店,幾好味,留有好印象,今日喺銅鑼灣,就決定去佢銅鑼灣分店試吓其他嘢。今次就叫咗$188嘅「鮮椒味型江團BB辣」,江團嘅正名係長吻鮠魚。「鮮椒魚」放喺一個有六片花瓣形狀嘅巨碗之中,一嚟嘅時候上面鋪滿蔥、花椒、白芝麻,賣相靚兼好有氣勢😍。撈勻之後就見到有好多魚肉😋。湯底味帶麻辣,一啲都唔酸,味道非常濃郁。江團魚沾滿湯汁非常惹味,魚肉新鮮結實,好正;湯裏邊有芽菜、蒟蒻、薑片、水晶粉、紅辣椒,仲有新鮮綠色嘅花椒同埋曬乾咗淺啡色嘅花椒兩種,所以味道可以咁濃郁。還有$78嘅「薑糖酒炒芥蘭」,芥蘭新鮮嫩綠味美😋同埋$48嘅「川香豬軟骨水晶粉」,味道微酸微辣,都好好食😁呢餐係味道濃郁嘅一餐,同朋友食得好開心😁
