聽人講尖沙咀舊爭鮮個度開左間長龍拉麵, 出開去又唔係太肚餓一於試下先, 以為好早7點幾點知已經有條人龍, 應該前面有5張枱~講明先, 我成日喺日本食拉麵嘅, 咁排法, 一定expect碗超水準嘅拉麵啦!一人一碗招牌麵--灸燒豚肉味玉拉麵, 雞叉燒辛辣雞白湯拉麵湯底: 過稀, 會唔會係li間店嘅特色? 味道有點淡, 我個碗就有辣味添返小小味道, 件切片形狀嘅雞肉用左類似扎住好幾舊雞肉成一圈嘅方法燒成令雞肉可以吸收多d醬汁, 味道尚算不錯. 記得點菜紙上有得選麵嘅軟硬度, 我揀軟而朋友揀硬身, 兩碗我都有試發現其實係無分別的. 羽根燒餃子Typical嘅日式煎餃子方法, 個人認為餃子味道比招牌拉麵更出色. 唔明條長龍是如何形成的

湯底: 過稀, 會唔會係li間店嘅特色? 味道有點淡, 我個碗就有辣味添返小小味道, 件切片形狀嘅雞肉用左類似扎住好幾舊雞肉成一圈嘅方法燒成令雞肉可以吸收多d醬汁, 味道尚算不錯.
