To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天下午2時 - (三人行)1) 服務差 唔尊業奶皇流沙包 (冇流沙既奶皇包,我在其他酒樓吃過真係有流出黎架,我立即叫待應來問為何沒有奶皇流出來,她講是沒有的,便立即行開,沒有理會我們,於是我要找經理,她才行過來,幫我們退款)2) 食物價錢貴,唔低食1.蜜汁叉燒飽 (一般)2.鮮蝦腸粉 (蝦不錯)3.煎籮蔔糕 (一般)4.豉油皇炒麵 $88 (價錢貴,沒有獲氣,街頭豉油皇炒麵好吃過此麵)5.灌湯小籠包 (沒有湯流出來,小籠包皮很厚)6.煎薄餐 (不鬆化)食完一肚氣
