To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Heichinrou was established in 1887, more than 120 years ago,in the city's Chinatown.It is the oldest China restaurant in Japan.In 1987,Heichinrou opened its first branch in Hong Kong, providing High-end routine.In 1992,it opened Metropol Restaurant which
is a premium restaurant designed for Dim Sum Lunch and Banqueting party.It has a range of maximum seating capacity for 1,300 people.

朋友聚會,四個人食晚餐。網上先訂位,不過其實全晚都有空枱,Walk in都冇問題。叫咗一個$888龍躉靚湯套餐:廚心煲靚湯個湯係紅蘿蔔粟米瘦肉湯,幾鮮甜。冰梅欖豉骨排骨應該有炸過外脆內軟幾特別,調味酸酸鹹鹹好惹味,全晚最出色係呢味餸。蟹肉扒田園蔬蟹肉份量夠,可惜唔夠鮮味。枝竹炆龍躉腩煲龍躉骨多肉少,不過枝竹都炆得幾入味。蒜香脆燒雞燒雞皮都夠脆,不過蒜香味再強啲就更好蔥花叉燒粒炒飯炒飯偏乾身,飯粒較硬,水準一般。甜品只有最普通嘅紅綠豆沙選擇,煲得夠火候,唔會太甜。整體總結食物不過不失,不過服務唔錯,坐咗成晚都冇催人走。

最近與朋友聚會,首要條件要求地鐵沿線嘅食肆。今次唯有選擇鑽石山,方便搭車來回港九新界!今次朋友選擇「聘珍樓」食晚飯,十幾年冇幫襯過喇。有機會試試係咪真係咁好食,因為成日見到好多食客。點了6個小菜,分別係 ‘甜酸咕嚕肉’、‘甜豆蓮藕炒魚鬆‘、’燒味拼盤‘、‘翡翠帶子蝦球‘、‘花菇京蔥爆刺參’、‘什菇炒斑塊’。除了燒味拼盤味道一般,甜酸咕嚕肉炸漿比較厚身,食咗幾嚿都係厚漿包肥豬肉炸。其他幾個小菜味道都唔錯。飯後再叫甜品,點了紅豆沙、綠豆沙、薑汁燉奶、黑芝麻糕、雷沙湯丸。薑汁燉奶,入口超甜冇薑汁味又燉過咗火喉,燉奶內有好多氣泡嘅窿窿 ,食入口很老,真不知道製作過程是燉還是蒸;大家都係食咗一半就放棄了。黑芝麻糕,芝麻味唔濃甜度適中,黑芝麻份量應該比較少所以味道淡淡的,不過有混合凝固成份嘅粉類(例如魚膠粉或大菜之類) ;所以入口感覺有少少似啫喱或大菜糕。雷沙湯丸,賣相幾吸引。不過,入口一咬百份之九十都係糯米粉糰,只有少少嘅芝麻醬餡料,差啲以為食緊糯米湯圓。整體嚟講,食肆嘅小菜可接受。但係簡單又基本嘅甜品反而做得差,非常失望!可能平日比較少人另外叫甜品,製作上稍為鬆懈! 但以上嘅甜品不難製作,對於街外舖頭食甜品個人係要求高嘅!

第二次來食呢間分店,九點早茶時段,不知有分段離座有折,九點半仲等緊野食,突然個女職員拎單來叫我埋,我冇叫埋單望住佢,才講十點前埋單和走會唔知平幾多,我話唔知喎,佢態度好差咁問我埋唔埋單,咁焗住埋啦,仲要埋完唔俾收據冇得儲商場積分,都唔想再叫返佢返來黑面。本身一坐坐低叫個蒸飯話冇我改叫另一個,即拎來係凍冰冰,已經覺得唔好,呢間高級酒樓來的,然後叫個齋蒸餃又作酸,開頭以為錯覺,食到最尾一隻仲酸就要求退,個男職員較好,即話換另一個點心俾我。真係差左好多。唔會再食。
