Restaurant: Wing Wah Southeast Asia Cafe

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔打唔撞食好西😋

想喺上環云云cafe 中搵一間冰室，行吓行吓見到呢間榮華南洋冰室。佢既大廈外牆色彩鮮艷奪目，同入面嘅復古裝修好夾。坐低之後睇吓Menu，有好多選擇，都係我鍾意嘅南洋菜。最後揀咗炭燒豬頸肉煎雙蛋飯配奶茶。第一眼見到覺得豬頸肉好似好燶，食落又啱啱好，分量多。佢俺豬頸肉個汁唔會太鹹，但冇咩炭燒味。每碟飯都會附送一小碟醬汁撈飯，加埋蛋黃汁特別開胃。同朋友交換，試咗佢個炭燒雞扒黃薑飯，覺得雞扒燒得恰到好處，有炭燒味😋個飯靠碟汁撈埋一齊更加惹味。另外，兩碟飯嘅沙律菜都好多。今次唔打唔撞食到好西👍
