To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢日喺國際廣場搵食，記得樓上有間環境唔錯嘅中菜-南海一號，朋友就建議上去睇睇，中午一點上到去，感覺環境裝修新派，樓底頗高，貴氣迫人，2人被安排圓桌梳化位，但座位唔知係咪已經身經百戰，坐落好淋，成個人好似坐左落去咁好唔舒服，侍應無問茶，直接就開左壺人參烏龍，粵式無茶揀好似感覺怪怪我地2人㨂左$198/位任食點心，2個人成個餐牌叫晒黎試，但整體黎講，佢啲點心出品完全唔掂，唔知係咪出面啲點心工場交貨，唔係店嘅點心師傅做，出品好難食，至於其他食品都係唔好食，老實地，除左個環境，食品根本唔值價，試一次就夠，永不回頭，尖沙咀飲茶食點心，我都係去返利苑或者The One 煌府好過，平時2個人8款食品，一定飽，至少質素一定好過南海一號，呢度真係可一不可再
