To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 係openrice 訂左位,去到無record,已經覺得瀬瀬地野,好彩等左一陣有位,上到31樓,坐角落位,冷氣夠,服務其實很好,但食物唔值依個價,話就話168,星期六要加20,都可以接受,但茶介一個人hkd25,硬食一個蝦片hkd28,完全唔知要比錢,一埋位就上,前後無啦啦比多80幾,最可笑係,佢地用點心做招來,但點心種類極少,第一轉燒米蝦餃唔熱,小籠包皮好厚,蘿白糕又係唔熱,我一點鐘入座,1:40巳無燒米無糖水,證明佢哋啲點心唔係自製,係搵供應商拎貨,即係話,可能我去平民茶樓都係食一樣既質素。兩個人埋單500,依個價錢我去酒樓每碟計可以食到嘔,唯一賣點係服務好,環境無咁嘈,因為有1.5米距離,但唔係坐窗邊,所以乜景都睇唔到,點心放題唔夠點心真係好好笑,今次只能怪自己,睇左個極流 youtuber 去食,食物方面伏到high high,依世唔會有下次
