今晚同老公出荃灣《牛県》鋸扒😊,今次鋸既唔係普通既鐵板燒,而係衣期頗有人氣既日式石燒牛扒,我選了人氣熱賣既橫隔膜腹肉200g,而Alex就選了牛側腹扒300g,加32元就可以升級做套餐,兩個套餐跟了2罐飲品,羅宋湯,沙律,薯條及飯,而我就將個飯再升級做大碗紫菜飯配溫泉蛋。牛扒上碟大約只有三成熟,切成小粒,再放上石板上燒到喜愛的熟度,肉香飄飄,灑上玫瑰鹽,把牛扒的甘甜香氣帶出,一口一粒,再沾上店家自製的紅酒牛肉汁,肉味更濃厚,令美味再升級!😋
