To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 已經第二次幫襯呢間烤魚店,口味每次都會簡漁翁招牌豆花烤魚,個湯底睇落好火紅紅🔥,好似好多辣椒好辣咁,但其實叫小辣嘅話會覺岩岩好😚,唔會太辣之餘又食得好過癒😍,湯底有鮮嫩豆腐,入口有淡淡嘅豆花香味。魚就簡左凌波魚🐟,魚都幾大條,凌波魚偏向多肉少刺,所以啖啖肉😋唔想食魚咁齋的話,可以加配菜落去一齊煮,好推薦加寬粉呀,吸左d湯汁時好入味,精瑩通透,好滑好彈牙,每次必點之選黎👍🏻至於其他配菜嘅選擇都好多架,可以根據喜好自行加配💖飲品叫左個搭配紫薯嘅蝶豆花飲品,想像中會覺得味道夾唔黎,但有d野真係要試過先知,發現又幾夾喔haha, 可以叫黎試下啦🥰
