To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友成日post 相食呢間嘅叉燒炒蛋飯,搞到我都心思思想食。所以今日終於慕名而嚟。 星期日嘅下午1點半,一個人嚟即刻有位,店內都近滿啦,不過出面都無人排嘅。叫咗佢個叉燒炒蛋飯加熱奶茶。盛惠$55。等咗大概5分鐘啦~咁係幾靚嘅,又滑又有汁,又紅又綠又黃咁食落都係好食嘅-炒滑蛋唔鞋,又滑又有汁叉燒片薄薄地咁但份量夠畢一匙嚟食,食落口唔會咸,啲飯底有日本甜豉油,甜甜地咁,襯埋蔥花滑蛋同薄片叉燒,係好食嘅,呢個都係真嘅只不過係,就算話我知係用3.6牛浮製成、即時炒製之心機餸,$55 食叉燒蛋飯嚟講,其實係有啲奢侈的。咁我都明鋪租貴,生意係難做,甚至旅遊介紹香港食嘢都會話,想經濟實惠就去連鎖快餐店食啦嘅可悲。我會話,我會嚟呢到食,作為糧頭嘅獎勵,食過,足矣。

食落都係好食嘅-
炒滑蛋唔鞋,又滑又有汁
叉燒片薄薄地咁但份量夠
畢一匙嚟食,食落口唔會咸,啲飯底有日本甜豉油,甜甜地咁,襯埋蔥花滑蛋同薄片叉燒,係好食嘅,呢個都係真嘅

只不過係,就算話我知係用3.6牛浮製成、即時炒製之心機餸,$55 食叉燒蛋飯嚟講,其實係有啲奢侈的。
