Restaurant: Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 賽膀蟹: 不知怎的覺得好吃, 印象比較深刻, 可能我吃得比較用心...朋友說只屬一般. 其實都真是很普通....混蛋黃後蛋味很強, 亦有點稀...油燜筍: 是炒熱了的, 有點驚訝, 因我只試過冷吃. 味道很好, 沒太咸太濃, 有點似"糖醋排骨d汁" 咁既甜味, 筍沒有太腍. 話雖說是油, 個人不覺很油, 當然碟底都會有一點.蟹粉小籠包: 裡頭有大量上湯, 外皮的確很薄, 誇張得在夾起時可看見裡頭上湯在搖晃的影...不過我是不懂欣賞的, 因我本來就喜歡吃外皮, 恨不得它厚一點....而餡呢.... 很鬆散, 味道比較濃(味精味?), 可喜的是真的看見有橙紅色蟹膏混著! 這蟹粉小籠包跟普通小籠包無異, 是我吃不出罷?!菜肉雲吞拉麵:皮也是很薄的, 肉亦是很鬆...味道普通.
