見到上網有人介紹,所以特登嚟咗排隊,今晚七點幾,等咗大概5分鐘就有位啦。叉燒雙蘭王蛋飯($88): 一上菜已經wow出聲,兩隻蘭王蛋啲食橙到不得了,賣相好靚,而且叉燒燒得好夠火候見到啲窿邊都係有好多蜜汁嘅。叉燒食落去好林,而且自己鍾意偏瘦嘅叉燒,所以呢碟啱啱好。茅台醬油雞燒鵝飯($80): 燒鵝好濕潤,而且皮都仲係脆皮,應該係啱啱燒出嚟,雞亦都好滑! 自己本身對叉燒期待有啲高,但係冇諗到原來其他燒味都好好食。老火湯:跟飯餸嘅,所以有兩碗,佢嘅老火湯入邊嘅肉都係用上應該係餸頭餸尾嘅叉燒,所以好淋,完全唔覺得係食緊煲完老火湯嘅肉咁樣。鵝汁時蔬($60):本身見到價錢都有啲卻步,但係見到其他食評都讚呢碟時蔬,所以就叫咗嚟食,真係收得呢一個價錢就會對出住d食材。每一條嘅菜心都係批咗皮嘅,所以食落去菜心下面根部入邊完全係好嫩,而且仲係爽口嘅。勁好食!!! 總結:呢間燒味舖咁多人推介真係有佢嘅原因,雖然係冇得book位,但係其實都好快就有位,所以唔需要等好耐。自己覺得佢哋對食材嘅認真真係好值得大家黎支持,淨係碟菜都已經好值回票價。
