To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 黃大仙北館的牛奶冰室經常排長龍，幸好今午2時來到，雖然全場滿座，但也不用等位。呢間牛奶冰室唔同上次銅鑼灣，九龍灣，荃灣嗰間，上次有扒食。餐廳門口有賣麵包和牛奶樽飲品的地方。酸菜魚，條魚好新鮮，魚質夠滑身，湯底呈奶白色，好鮮味，可惜辣咗少少。有酸菜、芽菜、萵菜和紅辣椒等配料，份量亦不少。厚切豬扒勁香蔥油飯，豬扒夠厚切大塊，外脆內嫩，肉質鬆軟，蔥油非常惹味，配上香蔥和白飯真的很好吃，極力推介。香口脆奶卷炸得很脆，味道香甜，外皮很香酥，但又不會油膩。星洲炒米材料豐富，有蝦、叉燒、火腿、蛋、青椒、紅椒等，米粉夠彈牙，又夠鑊氣，口感不錯。
