今日同朋友到太子食飯,去到餐廳不需要等位就可以入座 。我們叫了鐵板油泡安格斯牛柳13oz 配烤大蒜,再另加煎扇貝,還有香草羊架(3支骨)配脆薄荷葉,再加奶油蒜蓉蝦,再叫了一份黑松露和帕瑪森起司炸薯條和一杯Green Apple Mojitos 。首先上的是黑松露和帕瑪森起司炸薯條,金黃酥脆的薯條沾滿黑松露醬和帕瑪森起司的香味,外酥里嫩,濃郁香味令人陶醉。之後是香草羊架,品味濃郁的羊肉香氣,配上脆薄荷葉的清香,口感豐富。肉質鮮嫩,回味無窮。還有奶油蒜蓉蝦,蝦鮮嫩多汁,外面裹著香氣四溢的蒜蓉奶油,入口即化。再來是13oz的安格斯牛柳,餐廳是即席在餐枱上面用鐵板煎牛柳 。牛肉鮮嫩多汁,入口即化,散髮濃郁的牛肉香氣。搭配烤大蒜的獨特調味,味道層次分明。接下來是煎扇貝,外酥里嫩,口感飽滿。扇貝保留了鮮美 。至於Green Apple Mojitos,入面有青蘋果的清新口味,帶點甜和氣泡的酒精濃度不高的飲品 。整體而言,性價比高的餐廳 。
