壹玖叁伍雖然有著年代久遠的名字。但裝潢是西式典雅的,食物是川菜但重新演繹的新派菜式,有種承先啟後的感覺。兩面牆是大玻璃窗。在昏暗的環境下欣賞外面萬家點點燈火,一覽無遺如置身在天際之中。這裏一枱一物都精心設計過。當然食物飲品也不例外。Carnation Says,$120。渾圓的透明杯中一朵日本粉紅色康乃馨躺於巨大的冰塊上,很詩情畫意。主材有梅酒、柚子、清酒等,微酸帶甜,口感清新。Bronze Age,$95。以青銅時代作題,源於土耳其咖啡為靈感,上面有八角、醃啤梨和迷迭香點綴,一切都很有青銅色調。上枱一刻,會用火槍燒一燒迷迭香串,很是好看又好聞!內有氈酒、香茅糖漿、雲尼拿精華等等,配上醃啤梨令口感芳香醇厚不過份濃烈。華抄手,$55。皮很薄,肉質結實,粒粒飽滿。蒜香秘汁微辣帶甜。但我個人覺得是BB級數的辣,反而甜味多,所以吃得辣的都吃到。一口燻魚,$105。外層香脆。醬汁近似鰻魚汁。一口一件很有口感。若果當小吃邊看電影邊吃,我一定可以自己清光一碟!另外面頭的黃色原來是炸蛋絲,口感和味道似尤魚絲,即使作拌碟的裝飾也很好味。夫妻肺片,$105。入面有牛展、牛肚和海蜇頭,切得薄薄的,既麻且辣,

。這個涼瓜烘蛋很薄,外型做得似Pizza,每人一件很易分著吃。涼瓜即是苦瓜,有點苦,但我接受得到,像有經歷一點磨鍊

甜品鮮果四川冰粉,配有香茅糖醬,$70。又是四川一道很出名的甜品,爽滑、透明、冰爽,本身是加紅糖水,但這裏精心改用了香茅糖醬,加上不同鮮果,味道增添更多層次。而且中間有一朵用士多啤梨調成成花,就像被冰凍了一樣,讓我想起哈爾賓美麗的冰雕
