1935 向來走精緻淮揚路綫,食物造型靚爆鏡,環境雅致,居高臨下開揚景,烹調亦有水凖,不過價錢進取,服務一般,是我不會常到的地方,只因早上在網上飲食平台程式上找到即日中午仍有半價優惠,可惜依然覺得有點貴! 黃金淮山葵 $115這個菜式設計得很有心思,健康的淮山秋葵本身味道唔算好,以蛋黃包裹炸至金黃焦脆,自然令人食慾大增,甚至有刮目相看之感! 炸功得,香脆不膩,蛋黃份量足而味香,白與綠的顏色相拼好看,心水推薦。 千歲豆腐 $80賣相可能會令人嘩言,可想到皮蛋豆腐可以咁樣擺盤,加了紅辣椒碎成功添辛香,我覺得唔錯,但$80三件,值唔值真是見仁見智。 川麻蔥油伴原隻日本元貝 $130這碟菜式沒有折扣,$65一只大粒元貝,都只是一兩口便能完成之樂,真矜貴。 幸好煎至中央生嫩,刺身級數,而且川麻蔥油調味有新意亦討好。 蒜子燒鱸魚 $210沒有期望中的特色,本以為是什麼未嘗過的口味,但沒有出錯,魚肉嫩滑入味,蒜子沒有難受的霸氣味道。 陳年黑醋肉 $180色澤亮麗,醬汁黏稠濃郁,黑醋味香,但依我口味有點過酸,炸漿有點厚度帶脆,豬肉鬆軟不嚡,細細粒一口一粒。 四川擔擔麵 $85一個迷你木鍋的造型可愛,湯汁濃郁豐富,麵柔軟掛汁。 若要享用網上飲食平台半價優惠需1:30入座,但餐廳未到三點已催促客人 last order,周末下午要那麼趕急下班麼! 平日供應兩百多元一位的午餐套餐絕對相比我們這樣散點相宜,但唔知道週末有沒有供應,當天我們沒有這個選擇。  continue reading

在朋友的推薦下,來到中環吃中菜,一出電梯就看到1937 幾隻大字,進店一排落地玻璃望到中環城市夜色‧拚湊著新潮的中式風,很有時代感先點了餐飲, COCKTAIL 由店員按個人口味再調製, 酸酸甜甜很開胃, 賣相一流‧朋友點了手工啤酒,還嚐試了不同幾款的口味。黃金淮山葵就是淮山跟秋葵用黃金蝦的炒法製作,上菜是熱辣辣,更吃出薄薄脆漿的香脆,用來香炒的咸蛋剛好包著淮山跟秋葵,一點都油膩。唯獨咸蛋稍微不夠蛋王香一口燻魚另一佐酒前菜由朋友推薦,燻魚做得好,不乾身,咬下還有魚肉滑感,味道甜咸平衡,確是不錯重慶水煮桂花魚喜歡川菜的就不要錯過這裡的水煮魚,香氣撲鼻,嫩滑魚肉和麻湯散發辛香,魚肉結實不鬆散,滑嫩非常。這裡的水煮魚辣味偏重,不好辣的點菜前要註明辣子雞雞肉微微炸過,外酥內嫩,大量的紅辣椒乾和適量的花椒乾炒,香辣十足,加上不吝嗇的加入果仁,更添香脆感。辣子雞辣味偏不好辣的食客留意整體而言:環境: 中式新潮風配中環夜景,打卡好地方。坐位寬敞食物: 各地中菜都有選擇,廣東小炒,上海小碟還是香辣川菜都有提供,每樣都不錯服務: 店員有禮親切,耐心介紹菜式及飲品,保留一定距離感 continue reading

Very disappointed with our visit to this restaurant. The waiters were so rude and unhelpful. The five dishes that we ordered were super horrible. Let’s see the picture.This is an appetizer. However, we waited for it around 40 minutes while the main courses arrived so early and we finished eating long ago. I guess appetizers should come before the main coursers, which is just a common sense and basic knowledge.When I told to the manager, he just ignored me without any apologise for this situation.It’s ok for wasting my time and money. But please don’t cook the food indiscriminately. We should cherish food and keep away from waste right? continue reading

之前有朋友推介過,所以今日星期日用app book個late lunch,有40% off 👍🏻一入到餐廳,好多窗,天然光射到入黎好靚。先講咗唔好嘅嘢,唔知係咪星期日嘅關係,侍應只有一位,見到佢好忙,所以我哋入到餐廳過咗5分鐘都未有餐牌我哋都冇怪佢。餐廳感覺清潔未如理想,high chair係靚嘅,但係都幾污糟,好似從來冇抹過咁。枱面感覺亦都有啲癡立立,我用啲消毒紙巾去抹,抹完係淺灰色嘅🤦🏻‍♂️ 所以初初入到黎嘅感覺唔係十分之好,但係之後黎嘅食物又真係幾好味。我哋叫咗黃金淮山葵,即係鹹蛋黃撈落去炸咗嘅淮山同埋山葵度,非常香口,我覺得一定要試👍🏻花雕醉雞係正常貨色黑魚子玉帶南瓜羹,超甜超好味,個女勁鍾意,一定要試海鮮酸辣羹,對我來講超級辣,唔知可唔可以叫小辣糖醋桂花魚,與已經起晒骨造成魚塊,好適合小朋友食,酸酸甜甜好野味,小朋友好啱食。總括來講我覺得嘢食係好好味嘅,只係衛生程度未如理想,同埋只有一位侍應佢好辛苦。同埋如果無折都幾貴吓... continue reading
