老友新年渡假前來找晚飯, 走在金馬倫道四野人群, 走入太興廣場, 見到這間南瀛水產, 時間尚早人未算多, 就決定落腳在此帶點日本築地氣氛走入內已聞到非常香的浜燒味, 口水直流不得了雖然是日文的介紹, 但可見餐廳對刺身的要求不低, 每種魚類都有詳述除了本家出名刺身, 還有很多其他種類的食物, 當然包括浜燒先來個東瀛五點盛, 略等了些時候, 心裡有點滴沽; 不過刺身來到時, 即時明白了, 接到order 才即時製作; 五種刺身非常有光澤, 放下枱時還看到片片刺身的昱動, 帶著鮮潤的光影第一口吃的是帆立貝, 新鮮自不在話下油甘魚吞拿魚三文魚色澤鮮潤, 視覺上也感覺到非常新鮮; 放在口中黏潤, 口感滿足下一個有個美麗的名字 - 雲丹蚧肉卷, 上面的海膽味道鮮活由於大部份食物都是即時製作, 所以大家要給一點耐性, 但絕對值回票價香氣撲鼻的蚧味噌甲羅燒, 由入餐廳的第一步已被吸引著; 店員會為客人處理, 坐在旁邊看著, 一直只能唾延欲滴還有鮮蠔, 帶子, 活鮑魚, 甜蜆的活貝盛合, 海鮮香味一直撲鼻 不論是蠔或帆立貝, 新鮮的海水味道也在滲透口腔
