To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 15-11-2010又捉了朋友食即興 dinner, 不過今次只想留喺灣仔及食平一點, 嚟到南記「頹食」, 諗返起都覺得有點唔好意思. 魚肉春卷 + 菜肉餛飩小鍋米線「走辣」: 以為「走辣」就代表無酸菜, 但明顯估計係錯誤的, turned out 清湯底係有陣「酸縮」味, 都怪自己戇居居 米線就淥得 ok, 唔會腍 bad bad 又帶少少煙韌, 都 ok 的; 菜肉餛飩皮算薄滑, 餡料就多菜少肉, 白菜葉嫩綠幼細, 豬肉亦嫩腍鮮甜, 好食喎 而炸過的「名物」魚肉春卷味道就似足「超濃味」的「實淨」版魚片頭, 雖然係有點實, 但幾香口的. 其他配料仲有腐竹, 韭菜及芽菜, 芽菜勁多, 前兩者就奇少. 朋友食魚肉春卷 + 牛筋腩麵... 試了牛筋, 柱侯味唔算好濃, 但絕對炆得入味軟腍的, 幾好食.另叫了一碟灼韭菜 share 食: 蠔油落得好多, 味道亦 as expected 地大鹹大甜又好 MSG, 早知「全走」 韭菜本身就幾老, 食落唔少渣, 2 人最後食剩了差不多一半. 豆漿: 大杯裝果然好大 , 飲落豆味較輕, 但起碼唔稀又唔太甜, 算係咁吧.放低 $30,
