To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 最近試咗南記嘅春卷腩肉米線,真係好正!呢碗米線酸辣少辣,味道非常開胃。米線滑溜,湯底清爽,帶有一絲酸味,讓人一口接一口!🥢✨腩肉燉得剛剛好,肉質軟嫩,超入味,配上春卷,外脆內嫩,增添咗口感層次。春卷裡面嘅餡料豐富,咬落去真係好滿足!整體上,呢碗米線真係好適合鍾意酸辣嘅人,絕對係一個好選擇!如果你想試下新嘢,南記肯定唔會令你失望!🥳🌶️

今日放飯去咗南記粉麵食午餐,叫咗招牌精選小窩套餐米線,另外叫多咗碟生菜。😎每次食南記都會一定叫招牌春卷,嗰種味道同口感都係出邊食唔到。其他餸菜味道一般,對比其他連鎖式米線差唔多,就唔喺度多講。Total 呢餐$70, 價錢唔係特別平,但久唔久食一餐都可以。

今日早晨留留又要去灣仔工作,要找個地方食早餐才算有一個好開始的一天。上次來工作時,下大雨到紅色signal 。。。南記原本都幾多分店的,看到有將軍澳分店,我都無試過,有機會去試下先。試了個沙嗲肥牛,和平時食開沙嗲汁不同。說是沙嗲汁,不如説是豆瓣醬似d,因為有不小黃豆的。但是沙嗲味,有趣有趣。中式早餐要個豆漿才算數,個豆漿有豆味。不過,我覺得唔錯的是個 croissant 法式牛角包,都幾香的,一定有牛油味。彩蛋了,記得台灣食的牛角包,很中式的。(想看看怎樣是台式牛角包,便要看回台灣的食評了)而且,在香港食速度很快,食完便行,和台灣的有一點似,想起台灣時食的包手 幸福豆漿 在台中的速度。

成日落大雨,所以就決定咗叫外賣,呢一間餐廳喺屋企附近嘅外賣用app叫非常方便,而且好快手就會有!今日就叫咗兩個餸,另外多一個生菜,由於係下午茶時間,所以有豆漿餸同埋生菜,只係需要$5!個生菜份量非常多,一打開嘅時候真係冇諗過咁多,不過我就冇落過任何蠔油又或者腩汁,想食比較清淡啲,整體就好似白灼青菜咁,我冇話太大特別,但係份量就非常多,呢個價錢真係抵到爛🙈佢係春卷,當然係佢嘅招牌菜,入口非常好食,充滿魚味,係我最鍾意食嘅口感,腩肉就非常夠味,辣辣地加埋米線食非常配搭,下次有機會再會叫呢一間餐廳嘅外賣!

Lunch time 諗唔到食咩,最好既選擇就係米線,食南記必食佢既春卷,今次叫咗招牌春卷牛腩酸辣湯米線第一啖食佢啲芽菜同米線,一個字:正👍🏻 好入味,啲芽菜都有酸辣味,叫酸辣湯底最鐘意食佢啲酸菜,酸酸地好開胃啲牛腩算多同埋佢已經預先調咗味,味道剛剛好,又夠淋招牌春卷依然保持到世一水準,同米線超match,浸落米線到唔會太熱氣,亦都唔會有太大罪惡感試過咁多南記餸都係春卷最出色
