呢間酒樓一到晚飯時間就人山人海,七點半後真係長期等位。今次我哋六點鐘就到達,終於唔洗等,正🫶🏻嚟呢度梗係一定要食招牌菜✨糯米炒膏蟹😁用煲上,大大隻膏蟹好新鮮,蟹膏份量非常多,每啖糯米飯都食到,口感軟糯,有飯焦,帶有料酒香,表面灑點蔥花,更添口感!蜜汁脆燒鱔整道菜色澤十分漂亮,金黃色嘅鱔肉外皮口感酥脆,表面好似裹著一層脆脆糖衣咁,鱔肉爽滑,整體入口香甜。黑松露玻璃燒鵝好新穎嘅菜式,估唔到黑松露同燒鵝可以咁夾!黑色嘅燒鵝皮酥脆,充滿黑松露香氣,肉質鮮嫩,非常美味,令人驚艷。另一半好鍾意食香口野,見到Menu上✨炸墨魚裙邊,覺得好特別,就order嚟試下,鍾意口感嘅人士一定喜歡,金黃色表面,裹著一層細膩嘅麵粉,吃起來脆卜卜,內部保持著墨魚嘅嚼勁和鮮美,好特別!
