To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 叫左個爆薑洋蔥雞配白飯$75,大約等左20分鐘多啲,實物點知同想像非常吾同。本來諗住係有薑片同洋蔥爆炒嘅雞,點知出黎係豉油加白切雞上面加一啜仔炒過的薑蓉同炒軟左嘅一條洋蔥。個爆薑洋蔥係幾好味嘅,但得一啜仔送一啖飯已經冇左。至於啲雞肉都幾鞋下,都算我食過最鞋嘅白切雞,完全吾似餐廳水準,似自己屋企蒸出黎嘅雞咁鞋。都吾知係咪廚房整吾切所以求其整,仲要一條蔥洋加薑蓉非常有欺騙成份,根本係白切雞飯,一啲都吾值。
