To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真心吾明點解咁多人會中意食,定係你地全部同一樣既職業?首先,個湯底真係重味精到不得了。個個程度係一飲D湯已經明顯飲得出個種,一路食個喉嚨就一路渴緊。最誇張係之前路過見到有個人將一大包粉倒落裝湯底個煲到,其他人仲要見到哂,誇到。除此之外,D價錢仲要好貴,面既分量少加兩個送埋單已經要差不多四十蚊,你冇去搶?最後,D職員態度都好惡劣下。叫佢過黎佢好似好吾情願咁,講野串串槓咁。發誓永遠都吾會再幫襯!
